Our client is Edenred Digital Center, technology hub where digital initiatives across the business are powered up by a team of tech pros. Edenred is a leading services and payment platform, supporting employee benefits administration across 46 countries.

As an Active Directory Expert, you'll be part of the global IT department and support the company's major transformation program of rationalizing and moderninizing IT infrastructures through large-scale private cloud migrations while restructuring and consolidating existing IT operations.

This role best suits those infrastructure specialists who are used to navigating complex multinational environments, welcoming cultural diversity, while delivering technical excellence. Your focus will be on setting the strategy & AD architecture, but you will not stay away from the technical & more operational stuff either. 

 

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

• Manage all daily IT Operations including monitoring, preventive maintenance, backup/restore, service availability, reporting, problem resolution and change management of IT infrastructure (focus on AD);

• Review and analyze issues and suggest best technical / professional solutions, while keeping a permanent focus on business performance;

• Qualify technologies, design and build new solutions for improving current setup and support new applications and the digital workplace requirements around PCs, laptops and mobile devices;

• Work with L2 support teams, digital workplace teams and application teams to resolve and treat events, resolution and root cause analysis;

• Participate and ensure compliance with the IT service management framework, operational policies and procedures;

• Oversee and improve the security, quality and performance of services delivered on the IT backbone;

• Develop, implement and apply IT operating policies, processes and procedures to ensure secure and effective delivery of services.

This role is for you if you have:

• Excellent technical skills on Active Directory, ideally with a proven experience on assessing and consolidating GPOs;

• Analytical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities;

• Open to explore new technologies;

• Ability to collaborate with remote teams in a strong multicultural environment;

• Fluent in English.
