Our client is a global leader in intralogistics solutions and material handling equipment. The company has established a business services center in Romania, bringing together professionals across a broad range of technology and operational functions.

We are now looking for a (Senior) SAP ABAP Clean Core Developer to join the central IT department and develop modern, upgrade-stable solutions for SAP SD pricing procedures, condition techniques, billing, and order management within an SAP S/4HANA landscape.

This is an opportunity to work in an international environment on complex SAP transformation initiatives, combining modern Clean Core development practices with in-depth technical expertise in SAP pricing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance technical solutions for SAP SD pricing, condition technique, pricing procedures, and calculation schemas in SAP S/4HANA;

• Implement pricing-related business logic for sales orders, quotations, billing documents, and related follow-on processes;

• Design upgrade-stable extensions using ABAP Cloud, released APIs, approved extension points, and modern Clean Core development concepts;

• Support advanced pricing scenarios involving condition types, condition records, access sequences, requirement logic, formulas, and calculation behavior;

• Develop and maintain RAP services, CDS data models, OData services, and Fiori-based applications supporting pricing transparency and operational efficiency;

• Work closely with SAP SD functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate pricing and billing requirements into maintainable technical solutions;

• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across pricing, sales document processing, billing, and SD/FI integration points;

• Contribute to solution architecture, technical documentation, testing, code reviews, deployment activities, and development governance.

To thrive in this role, you will:

• Bring at least 3-5 years of SAP ABAP development experience;

• Have hands-on experience with ABAP Cloud, Clean Core development principles, ABAP Development Tools, RAP, CDS views, OData, and Fiori Elements;

• Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of SAP SD pricing processes, including pricing procedures, pricing procedure determination, condition technique, condition types, access sequences, and condition records;

• Possess any practical knowledge of billing processes and integration between SAP SD and FI;

• Be familiar with Jira and Confluence and comfortable working in structured, cross-functional delivery teams;

• Communicate confidently in English at a minimum B2 level when collaborating with technical specialists, functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders. German is an advange (not mandatory though).
