Our client is an international financial services organization that provides seamless experiences via electronic payment services to the trinity e-commerce-people-banks. The company is one of the largest electronic payment processors in Europe and Africa owning an internationally recognized brand portfolio.

You will design and develop a wide range of applications such as as desktop, native mobile or embedded systems, in an agile team.

​

As a C/C++ Developer you will:

​

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable C/C++ code

​

• Implement performance and quality modules

​

• Identify bottlenecks, bugs and devise solutions to these problems

​

• Help maintain code quality, organization and automatization

​​

To perform well in the role you will have to meet some pre-requisites depending on your seniority:

​​​

• Strong proficiency in C/C++, with fair knowledge of the language specification

​

• Knowledge of the standard library, STL containers and algorithms

​

• TCP/IP network socket communication experience

​

• Familiar with the Database systems like Oracle, SQL etc.

​

• Preferable experience with Online messaging and ISO8583 message format

​

• Good understanding of memory management in non-garbage collected environments

​

• Understanding of dynamic polymorphism and C/C++ notions such as friend classes

​

• Familiarity with templating in C/C++

​

• Familiarity with embedded systems design, low-level hardware interactions

​

• Knowledge of low-level threading primitives and real-time environments

​

• Knowledge of writing native modules for high-level languages such as Python, Go, etc.

​

• Knowledge of component data sheets and specifications

​

• Automated testing platforms and unit tests

​

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

​

• Familiarity with continuous integration

​

Location: zone AFI Cotroceni but currently the job is hybrid: WFH+onsite
