As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be called to work with business stakeholders and translate requirements across multiple projects into technical specifications. You have the technical knowledge and expertise that allow you to work with architects and design solutions that solve such requirements.

 

This role best fits those candidates who have solid technical grounds, who are resilient and adaptable in speaking and working with various categories of stakeholders. Those experienced BAs who keep their cool when ambiguity arises are more likely to be successful in this role.

This role is for you if:

​

• You have a rich experience as a BA in various enterprise projects (working with BPMN, Wireframing, complex data flows, UML, MSVisio)

​

• You are familiar with Content or Document management applications (optional)

​

• You have a good understanding of programming languages & databases: HTML/CSS, SQL, any backend language, concepts of relational databases

​

• Optional: any demonstrated experience with Big Data integration projects will be valued.

​

Your main responsibilities will revolve around the following:

​

• Elicit the business requirements and prioritize them. You'll work with internal & external stakeholders to understand the need, the business context and the overall opportunity

​

• Write functional specifications, use cases, data flow and workflow diagrams, comprehensive project documentation

​

• Work with the development team to make sure requirements are properly understood and delivered

​

• Collaborate with the QA team to create and run functional tests

​
