From BA to QA and Operations, all roles in the SDLC, as well as various tech stacks are well represented in the company, offering multiple growth opportunities, both laterally and vertically.

As a Solution Architect, you’ll define the design and technical documentation for a greenfield application, as well as for a portfolio of other existing apps part of the Anti-Financial Crime domain.

What products in the domain have in common are: heavy integrations, real time data, big data, strong focus on performance (mainly security).

Your key responsibilities will be to:

​

• Design and review solution architectures that take into account business requirements, technical constraints and dependencies.

​

• Secure the transition to a target architectural model, by means of re-usable components.

​

• Measure the quality of the solution from an architectural perspective and ensuring the conformance to predefined quality metrics.

​

• Follow the Enterprise Architecture principles, blueprints, standards, patterns, etc.

​

• Analyze the level  of conformance to defined SDLC processes and reuse of shared enterprise assets where possible.

To thrive in this role, you’ll have:

​

• Solid experience in architecture (can include experience as an Application Developer or Lead Designer)

​

• Design Patterns in the following areas: Web application | Messaging | Big Data | Security | Business Rules engines

​

• UML modelling skills

​

• Requirements analysis skills

​

• Strong stakeholder management skills

​

• Ability to balance business demands and IT fulfillment in terms of standardization, risk mitigation and increased flexibility.

​

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing and alternating priorities, while keeping a constant focus on delivery.

​

• Comfortable in a high pressure environment, with tight deadlines driven by regulators

​

• Leadership skills, with strong influencing skills
