Our client is a leading manufacturing and distributing FMCG company with a national presence and three key operational hubs. For almost 30 years, they have been providing some of the most loved and trusted brands in their industry.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, update, and patch Microsoft Windows Server products and components.

• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and security of Windows Servers.

• Manage and administer Windows Servers (both physical and virtualized in a VMware environment).

• Implement and test backup and disaster recovery solutions using IBM Storage Protect.

• Oversee and troubleshoot hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage, and SAN systems.

• Administer and manage Microsoft cloud services, including Azure, Office 365, Intune, and Defender.

• Implement and maintain configuration and security policies for cloud environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows and cloud systems.

• Document and maintain system configurations, inventory, and operational procedures.

• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.

• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Microsoft Windows and/or Cloud System Administrator.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft products, including Windows Server, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Defender.

• Experience in managing and troubleshooting hardware infrastructure (servers, storage, SAN systems).

• Experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions for Windows environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Windows Server) are a plus.
